JOSEPH J.M. LOMBINO

   Joseph J.M Lombino was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1984 and has proudly and diligently served the needs of his clients since that time. Mr. Lombino is also admitted to the Oregon and California State Bar Associations as well as several Federal Courts. With his areas of expertise in civil litigation, family law, mediation and personal injury, Mr. Lombino is recognized as an “AV” rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, signifying excellence at the highest level of his profession. 

    Mr. Lombino is a member of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association  and the American Bar Association. Mr. Lombino has previously served as Trustee for the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, is a former Adjunct Professor at Pierce College and currently serves as a Superior Court Commissioner and Judge Pro Tempore. Mr. Lombino is a frequent guest speaker on Continuing Legal Education topics and has served as a volunteer Judge for Mock Trial Competitions for the YMCA and the Seattle University School of Law. 

    It was with great pride that Mr. Lombino, together with Mr. Martino, established the law firm LOMBINO · MARTINO, P.S. in October, 2005 and became the Washington State Provider Law Firm for Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc.    

                          

                  
                   RANDALL S. MARTINO

    Randall S. Martino was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1995 and is also admitted to the Nevada State Bar. Since 1998, Mr. Martino has been exclusively involved in providing legal service to members of Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. and during that time, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the entire Pre-Paid Legal operation.    

    Mr. Martino began as a staff attorney and quickly advanced to the rank of supervising attorney overseeing the Pre-Paid division. During this time, he has regularly received recognition from members and awards from Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. for excellence in customer service. The awards Mr. Martino has received either individually or on behalf of the group of attorneys he has led, include The Members Choice Award 2001, The Leadership Award 2002-2004, The Pride Award 2002 and The Growth Award 2003.

   In 2004, and again in 2008, Mr. Lombino and Mr. Martino led their team of lawyers and staff to the pinnacle of success within the Pre-Paid network – the receipt of The Award of Excellence, presented to the top Pre-Paid Provider Law Firm throughout United States and Canada. 

   Mr. Martino's legal expertise is in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate Law and Bankruptcy.
